If possible, get a friend to help you. Measure over your undergarments. FULL BODY HEIGHT - Stand with your feet slightly apart and your back to a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of your head. FULL HIP - Measure over an undergarment over the point where your hips protrude the most. Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor. WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE - Measure around that point of your waist where you normally wear your pant or skirt. WEARING POSITION- Select any one of the three options displayed in the measurement chart. WAIST TO FLOOR - Hold the tape at the waist (point where you normally wear pants). Measure downwards to the heel. HEELS - If you want to wear the saree with heels, include the height of your heels.
